About Forest

Forest is a two-year-old girl who came to UPAWS in rough shape, with severe matting that required her to be shaved down. Underneath it all is a gentle, sensitive soul who is still trying to understand that she's safe now.

Cats like Forest are companions-from-afar. She isn't ready for the spotlight or lots of handling just yet-but she is quietly taking everything in, learning, and beginning to trust in her own time.

There is something very special about cats like this. They have deep, thoughtful spirits, and when given patience and kindness, they form meaningful, lasting bonds.

Forest is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can move at her own pace and simply be who she is.

She doesn't need much-just safety, softness, and someone willing to see the beauty in a shy heart.
