mBank Campaign for UPAWS!

mBank is proud to announce a donation of $25,000 to the Upper Peninsula Animal Welfare Shelter (UPAWS) 😻 generated through its social giving back campaign.

“We were so ecstatic when mBank called to tell us the campaign generated a $25,000 donation,” explained Kori Tossava, UPAWS Executive Director/Capital Campaign Manager. “The campaign also resulted in 45 animal adoptions and hundreds of shelter supplies donated. In light of the tremendous success the social campaigned generated, we have offered mBank naming recognition on a Canine Companion Real Life Room at UPAWS. Real life rooms provide a homelike setting that help the shelter staff to assess more accurately how a shelter dog reacts when left home alone. These rooms also help animals feel more ‘at home’ then in a cage. It takes a cooperative spirit to fulfill the goal of a shelter that serves our animal companion needs and the community as a whole, and we are grateful to mBank for their support.”
