Tallulah

Hi UPAWS Crew!

I’m not sure if this is the spot to send these, but I wanted to share a little update on Tallulah, who I adopted a few months ago. I also included a few pictures, so please feel free to post/share anything in this email if you want to!

Tallulah has blossomed into one of the most loving, patient, and funny little Ladies I have ever had the joy of knowing. Even when we first brought her home, she was wide eyed and curious and didn’t stop chirping happily as she looked around. She only had one night of “hiding”  to sleep off the stress of adoption before she decided to officially make herself at home. She has the sweetest temperament and has never once hissed, scratched, bitten, or done really anything more than a resigned “yeoowwwwww” when she’s upset. This is one sagely little cat.

 She’s already the queen of the house and has quickly made friends with Misha, our American Shepard, has discovered an absolute obsession with Friskies Paté, and enjoys leisure activities such as watching the birds outside, sleeping on her favorite bookshelf pillow while i work, and sprinting up and down the stairs with short breaks to yowl at her reflection in the mirror in the basement. When she’s awake she follows me everywhere and always has something to say.

We took her to the vet to make sure everything was working the way it should, and were interested to hear that the vet wasn’t sure if her age! So Little Talloo is anywhere from 7 years old to 16.  So we’re really not sure HOW old she is but we do know that she’s doing wonderfully, and we’re so honored to have her as part of the family 💜
