Animal Medical Center & Michigan State College of Veterinary Medicine Help UPAWS Pets

UPAWS pets receive oral surgery thanks to the Animal Medical Center (AMC). Leah Reid, a fourth year veterinary student at Michigan State College of Veterinary Medicine, who has been doing a six week rotation at Animal Medical Center of Marquette in dentistry and general practice performed oral surgery on UPAWS dog Val and cat Timid. A HUGE thank you to Animal Medical Center and their staff and veterinarians, Michigan State College of Veterinary Medicine. Thank you also to Maddie’s Fund for UPAWS Innovation Grant, “Make Me Smile” which helped pay a portion of the oral surgeries. Val and Timid feel and look 100% better!
