Purchase Rescue Raffle Ticket
Fill out this form to purchase tickets. UPAWS will maintain a list of purchased tickets and we will put your name on a ticket stub for the drawing.
Once you have paid, you will receive an email from the Rescue Raffle Chair within 2 business days with your ticket numbers.
Purchaser must be at least 18 years of age to buy tickets.
