Whether you are a parent, an educator or a concerned citizen, this question is critical. UPAWS can help you answer it. UPAWS believes that one of the best ways to protect children and animals is through humane education that teaches kindness toward other people, animals, and the environment.

Dog Safety – How to Avoid a Dog Bite with RUFUS! Our desire is to provide information and resources to teach children, parents, teachers and dog owners how to help children avoid bites while at the same time enjoying safe relationships with dogs.
