Groups Volunteering
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate groups in-shelter due to the nature of our work. For safety reasons, working with the shelter pets requires specialized training and is therefore not available for group volunteer initiatives.
However, groups can be supportive of the animals by making toys, fleece blankets and collecting and donating items from our “wish list”. These items are always needed and appreciated. After your wish list drive a representative and up to three others from your group are welcome to bring the items to UPAWS. We’ll have a brief tour and a photo opportunity.
