"May Deb's Dog is Sparky" plus Thank You to Pink Lady Fund!
Sparky is a wonderful dog who came to us after being surrendered but also has both eyes with entropian, which is a rolling-in of the eyelids. This causes the hair on the surface of the eyelid to rub on the eyeball, which is both painful and often causes corneal ulcers or erosions.
But because of the generosity of donations to our Emergency Vet Fund from our plea to help another dog for adoption named Carlos who needed eye surgery, we had extra donations to go toward helping Sparky with his eyes and vet care too!
His Surgery is running more than we excpected, he is our May Deb's Dog and the Fund will donate toward his eye surgery too!
Thank You so much again the "Deb's Dog of the Month" Program and to everyone who donated to our Emergency Vet Fund to to help Carlos who then in turn helped Sparky! Plus good news...Sparky was adopted and will be able to get his much needed eye surgery because of our great supporters AND because of Deb's Dog!
